Much of my work focuses on using ICT in education, digital learning, innovation, policy, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Key Areas of Expertise –
Policy Research and Advocacy: Led and designed extensive research initiatives on digital technology and advocated for integrating technology in low-resource contexts.
Digital Content Development: Created online courses on Climate Change, Pandemic, and Global Citizenship for UNESCO MGIEP. Developed video-based courses for AXA Climate in the manufacturing and banking sectors. I’ve designed 7+ online learning courses on the following topics using centered design:
1. Global Citizenship with a focus on Intercultural Dialogue

4. Social and Emotional Learning, Biodiversity and Human well-Being

The courses have impacted 10,000 learners from 126 countries.
- Capacity Building: Trained teachers and students on technology adoption, with extensive experience in low-resource contexts. Managed learning management cycles, course outcomes, assessment rubrics, tools, evaluations, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Management: Worked closely with governments, multilateral organizations, and CBOs to advance digital learning initiatives.
